Frits Bernard Frits Bernard (August 28, 1920 in Rotterdam – May 23, 2006) was a Dutch psychologist, sexologist, homosexual activist, and pro-pedophile activist. Bernard founded the Enklave kring, that he described as an underground movement in a 1987 interview in Paidika, The Journal of Paedophilia. . In 1974, he was described by Marthijn Uittenbogaard, publisher of the pro-paedophile magazine OK, as one of the co-founders of what he referred to as the paedophile-emancipation movement.
