| Bølling oscillation Bølling oscillation was a warm period that occurred during the final stages of the last glacial period. It corresponds to Pollen zone Ib. Named after a peat sequence discovered at Bølling lake, central Jutland, it was subsequent to the Oldest Dryas and preceded the Older Dryas periods. However, if the Older Dryas is not present or is not detected in the evidence of a region, the Bølling-Allerød is considered a single interstadial and period. Bølling_oscillation

| Niagara Falls Suspension Bridge The Niagara Falls Suspension Bridge was the world's first working railway suspension bridge. It spanned and stood downstream of Niagara Falls from 1855 to 1897. Connecting Niagara Falls, Ontario to Niagara Falls, New York (the two cities assimilated the towns at the ends of the bridge by 1892), the bridge carried mixed traffic on its two decks across the Niagara River; trains crossed over the river by way of the bridge's upper deck while pedestrians and carriages used the lower. | History wars History wars in Australia are an ongoing public debate over the interpretation of the history of the British colonisation of Australia, and its impact on Indigenous Australians and Torres Strait Islanders. It has resemblances to debates in other countries. The Australian debate centres on whether the history of European settlement since 1788 was humane, with the country being peacefully settled, with specific instances of mistreatment of Indigenous Australians being aberrations; marred by both official and unofficial imperialism, exploitation, ill treatment, colonial dispossession, violent conflict and cultural genocide or; somewhere in between.
