KCFR
KCFR is a radio station in Denver, Colorado which is owned and operated by Colorado Public Radio and simulcast to several AM and FM stations throughout the state. The signals from some of these stations also extend into eastern Utah and southern Wyoming. Some of KCFR's programing is heard on KPRE 89.9 FM in Vail, which also carries programing from classical music station KVOD, also located in Denver.

Albert William Recht (1898American mathematician and astronomer.Initially he applied to work as a Spanish instructor at Denver University. Instead he was hired by the Mathematics Department. He became chair of the mathematics department in 1943While at the university he pursued his interest in astronomy, working at the Chamberlin Observatory under the instruction of Herbert Howe. In 1926 Recht became director of the observatory, and full director in 1928.

Smoky Hill High School
Smoky Hill High School is located in Aurora, Colorado and currently has around 2,600 students. Smoky Hill is part of the Cherry Creek School District and was the second high school built by the district in 1974. It goes by the short name 'Smoky'. The name actually comes from the fact that the school is located not far from the Smoky Hill Trail, an old pioneer trail stretching from Kansas to Denver.
